1. Purpose of the website

This website presents the design, branding, web design and UI/UX services offered by SabinDesign and lets you request a quote. The content is for information only.

2. Operator

Names, logos and materials belonging to clients or other third parties remain the property of their owners; we do not claim rights over them.

4. Use of content and the portfolio

The projects shown in the portfolio serve to present the services. They may be viewed for information, but may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.

5. Requesting a quote

Submitting the contact form is a request for information or a quote. It does not, in itself, create a contract and does not bind either party.

6. Pricing

Prices are set individually, depending on the project’s complexity, features, number of deliverables and time required. The quote states whether the price includes VAT, depending on the operator’s tax status.

7. How collaborations work

Each project is governed by the quote and/or contract accepted by the parties, which set the deliverables, deadlines, number of revision rounds and communication. Additional revisions and major changes of scope are agreed separately.

8. Rights over delivered materials

Usage rights and the handover of final files are set in the accepted quote or contract. Absent a clause to the contrary, the exact terms of assignment or licensing are agreed before handover.

9. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or continuously available. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without affecting the mandatory rights you hold as an individual or consumer under the law.
