Personal data processed through this website is managed by [TO BE COMPLETED: full name / business name] ([TO BE COMPLETED: legal form (e.g. sole trader, individual enterprise, company)]), at [TO BE COMPLETED: professional address or registered office]. 2. What data we collect
Through the contact form you can send: your name, email address, company or brand name (optional), project type, estimated budget and timeline (optional) and the message describing your project. Fill in only what you wish to share.
Like any website, the hosting server may automatically record technical access data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access), needed for operation and security. This data is handled by the hosting provider ([TO BE COMPLETED: hosting provider]).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your request and preparing a quote, at your request, before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Communication during a collaboration, if a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Website security and protection against spam or abuse, and defending a right, based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules, if a collaboration takes place (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and we do not use your data for newsletters or direct marketing.
4. How we use contact data
Your email address and other contact details are used only to reply to you, discuss the project, send the quote and communicate during the collaboration. We do not sell them or use them for other purposes.
5. Retention
- Requests that do not lead to a collaboration: [TO BE COMPLETED: retention period (e.g. up to 12 months after the last communication)].
- Quotes and contracts: for the duration of the collaboration and for the archiving periods required by law (for example, accounting documents).
- Technical access data: according to the hosting provider’s policy.
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Recipients and providers
Data may be processed, on behalf of the controller, by providers that help us run the website and communications:

Data may be disclosed to authorities only when the law requires it.
7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of the providers mentioned (for example, Google) may process data outside the EEA. In that case the transfer relies on GDPR mechanisms such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. The operator must verify the actual list of providers before publication.
